Waterborne is a downloadable content (DLC) for Tropico 5. Tropico is a world-building game, where your aim is to advance the remote island nation in the early colonial period to the 21st Century and beyond. The Waterborne addon lets you build off-shore alternatives to defence, food, energy, entertainment and, housing. It comes with new campaigns, and story spanning 6 missions.
